- Bajra Roti (Millet Flatbread) - 2
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tbsp asfoetida (hing)
- buttermilk / curd - 1 cup
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 garam masala powder
- half cup chopped onion (optional)
- half cup chopped tamato (optional)
